REFUND + RETURNS

1. Return Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. We cannot issue a refund if the item has been used or damaged.

Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and a return authorization label.
Returning the Item: Please return the item according to our instructions and retain proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect.
4. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that have been used after opening the packaging.
Items without tags or with damaged tags.
Return requests made after 30 days.
